02 LS intake swap problems

I have an 02 LS with 160,xxx miles. Never had any problems or work other than oil changes and assorted filters. Recently developed the intake leak. I replaced the upper intake with the Dorman's kit. Now it is running like trash. It seems to be missing like crazy. All the injectors seem to be working. I held a piece of steel up to them and can hear them all clicking. It ran nice until the leak started. Then it started hard and idled weird and so on, but nothing like this. Before it would pull hard and everything, so this only happened after I swapped the intake. Any ideas are appreciated.

Did you install the new pcv valve? There is an o-ring that goes around the PCV valve and one that goes on the cover.

Yes. PCV is installed, with new O-rings. I uninstalled it re-installed it to be sure. Thanks. Think I should pull injectors and clean them?

No missfire codes or codes in general?

maybe a plugged catalytic converter?

new cat....and it only happened once I got it back together...seems to indicate I screwed up....just not sure how
