sounds like a water pump bearing but replaced that and still make noise when idling in gear but when i hit the gas it fades away kind of a grinding noise that sometimes sounds like its boiling runs and shifts fine though could this be the tensioner pulley some mechanic told me it might be the transmission pump? but he changes oil so i don't think he knows what he's talking about

That's difficult to read without punctuation. To determine if it's a belt-driven device or other, try removing the belt and see if the noise goes away. Don't run the car for long with the belt disconnected, just long enough with the car stationary that you can determine if the noise is a belt-driven device or other. I'd agree that based one what I think you were describing, the noise is likely a tensioner or idler pulley.
In future posts, please follow the forum guidelines (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/guidelines.html) and use proper punctuation.
