location of 02 impala vss

hello eeryonegot a location question... i went and bought a new vehicle speed sensor for my 02 impala today the old apparently went bad. simptoms were erratic shiftin that coinsided with a fluctuating speedometer. check engine light yest. concluded my problem with a p0503 and 02 code. now i have the part and a jack and the neccessary tools but need to locate the old in an effort to replace it... pictures would be great but not expected... thanks all who can help..

VSS is on the Diff Cover. Passenger side of transmission.
