Factory Radio Question

Ok, this has probably been asked before but if not I need someones help. I am looking to connect a Left and Right audio wires to my radio and use that instead of buying an aftermarket radio. Now is there a way to do this, cause my radio has an Aux/CD button and I am just wondering if this is at all possible to do. Thanks
