Power Sliding Doors

My Sliding doors will not open from the inside overhead control button with the engine running! But they work just fine with the engine off! Help and Thanks

jiggle the shift control to make sure its in PARK, door wont open if it thinks its in gear.
I have read in other posts that the power doors sometimes dont latch all the way, leading to DOOR AJAR alert on the dash computer. Mine does this and there was a TSB# 04-2-3 but i cant find info on the bulletin.
Any news out there regarding a fix to this problem, other than the obvious debris, lube etc?
