I would guess they would charge the full price for the repair parts and then also for the time it takes, I would guess they would charge somewhere b/w 2-4 hrs of labor even though it probably will not take them that long. The parts come out to about $200 full price. By the way, most dealers charge around $75-90/hr or so now I think. haven't paid dealers in a number of years so I cannot be sure. Anyway, you can do the math.
My suggestion is to go to the Lemky website and do it yourself. It cost me about 6 hrs of labor and $90 in parts from ebay. worth every bit and haven't had the code come up in a year now.

ditto on that. The referenced site is excellent, offers all sorts of info, and you'll likely do a better job than any ford dealer. At the same time you may want to consider replacing plugs and wires while the cowl is off. The job takes a bit of time but isn't difficult at all.

I got my kit off ebay too. It was a nice kit and came with everything you need for the job. It took me 2.5 hours to do the work. I would change plugs, if they are due for it. easier to get out while you are there.
