01 impala ac blower

My 01 impala ac blower keeps running when the car is off or on i have to pull the fuse to get it to stop. Can anyone help with this ?

Check to see if the blower motor relay is stuck. If the relay was stuck, constant power would be supplied to the blower motor, not allowing it to shut off. I assume it is stuck on the high speed? I am pretty sure the relay is either part of the blower resistor or is near it. You won't find it in any of the fuse boxes.

Theres a techincal service bulletin on this problem. The correction is to replace the blower motor resistor/module and install a diode in one of the wires. Apperently there is some conflict with stray voltage form the windshield wiper or something that they believe is causing these modules to flake out and stay running. Call up you local dealer and they will know exaclty whay you need.
