2003 sable stalls when stopped

I have a 2003 sable that runs fine while driving but stalls when you stop
can anyone offer advice???

If the car has > 50K mileage I would check the IAC [idle air control] valve first. Very easy to replace and not too expensive. If you need help locating it and instructions on how to change it out let us know...we'll point you in the right direction.
