p1409 iSSUE in 1996 windstar

Here is what I have done...the error is related to the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid and the EGR vacuum...so I replaced those parts, but I am still getting the error, are there any other fixes that I may be overlooking.

Did you clear the codes? It'll probably keep showing up until you erase the old codes.
