Radio wont shut off when car shuts off and door opens

Was there ever a fix for this? I've tried the Relays but everything checks out fine. Please Help!!!!

I was replying to the thread not starting a new one. The answer of the Power Distribution Center was no help and was trying to figure out is going on with my car. So I'm assuming no one else experienced this problem yet? If so, please I need help and don't have extra money to throw at a local repair shop. Thanks
