'93 SC1 won't turn over

My Boyfriend replaced the crankshaft timing sprocket on my 93 saturn sc1 and now the car wants to start but it wont turn over. What should i do.

I would check that the timing chain is installed properly he may have missed a few teeth. Then roll it over by hand a couple of times and make sure the timing marks still line.

Why would just timing sprocket need to be replaced?
