2005 impala

got a 2005 impala and we replaced the sparkplugs drove fine for a while but then died out and wont start checked the icm and coils and they are fine when i connected everything back it started but then died out

If you have good spark to the plugs, check fuel pressure, no engine listed so cannot go beyond that.

3.8 engine and i dont have any spark going to the sparkplugs. i took the coils and icm to get checked at autozone and they said everything was ok i brought the scanner home and checked for codes none stored no freeze frame i wanted to know if maybe tje crank or cam sensors could be the cause. Ok so here is a little more on the story car was hesitsting as if tranny was slipping we replaced the sparkplugs and it helped a little but then after about 24 miles it started jerking again and died out started for a little then died hasn't started again. does any body know how to check the crank sensors and what is the input on the icm im only getting 1 power and 1 ground.

Check for cranking rpms on the scanner when turning the engine over, if none suspect the crank sensor or wiring from the cps to the icm.
