pully

my 95 sable has a loose pully its the one for the water pump and it blows cold air .does that mean water pump isnt good

A pulley that is spinning freely or wobbly needs repaired. Buy a rebuilt or new water pump. This will cause heater problems but normally the engine will also overheat with a bad water pump.

i tried tighting it but still loose and when car is running u can see it wobbly really bad.i gonna get a new pump. thanks for helping
