Transmission shift points

My son just purchashed a new Lt and the first time I drove it the shift points were very fast, I mean it seamed to be into third gear before 20 mph,are these adjustable?

Not easily. You need a Tuner to get at them, not not one of those little ones with 2 or 4 buttoms and a tiny screen. You'd need a HPTuners Tuner.

Is it something the dealership can do?

Ya, but doubt it's something they would do for ya.
