Rear Seat Replcement!!!

I have a 2005 3.4 Base, I have the seats that are hooked and dont fold... I would like to replace them with the ones that do fold down... Does anyone know where to find these... I heard that they bolt right on... I have checked a few GM spots and they all come in pieces... HELP PLEASE!!!
