2003 windstar 1131?

I have a 2003 Windstar with a 3.8 v6 that I have in the shop 2 times this week. The check eng. light keeps coming back on with in 3 miles of leaving the shop. I had the code pulled at Autozone before I took the van to the shop the first time and they told me it was 1131"lean bank 1". The shop replaced 02 sensors and the intake gasket. After the light came back on the first time I went back to Autozone and had the code pulled again same code 1131. What else could be the problem causing the light to come on?

I would suggest that you take it back to the shop and have them properly diagnose it. you should not have to pay any money since they were the ones who did not fix the problem in the first place. it is not your job to diagnose it. they are suppose to use the scanner and figure it out for you. of course going to autozone and getting the code read is a sign of responsible and knowledgeable customers, which you.

but make sure the shop takes responsibility for their repair. if it didn't fix the code, then they should not have taken your money.
