1999 Sable Cruise not working

I have a 99 sable and the cruise control stopped working. Everything else works fine. Any ideas??

Actuator switch under the break pedal. Dealership told me there is a pig tail/connector that the mount splits on it. Once that was replaced, has worked fine since. Apparently it is a problem with the Sables.
