cruise control@abs problem

i have a 2001 windstar the abs lt.comes on after startup and driveing approx.one half a kilometer also the cruise control is erratic pulseating.and my odometer is moveing up and down as the van pulsates.i replaced the brake pressure sw.and the abs sensor on the rt. front wheel its still the same.anyone have any suggestions.
