How do you change PS fluid?

I need the procedure for changing the power steering fluid on a 98' Windstar. I have seen a few items how it helped, but non on how it is done.

it's a relatively easy process but you do need a clear hose of about 3 feet and an empty container like a milk jug and 2 quarts of Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF and a helper who will turn the steering wheel while VERY briefly starting the van and then shutting it off.

If you do a search, you will see lots of posting on the procedure; I have posted before as well. In general, you take the top hose off the PS reservoir and install a 3/8" (everything is 3/8" by the way) vacuum plug, install the clear hose on the hose removed from the reservoir down to a bucket. Fill the reservoir to the top without overflowing. Optional, but I pulled the fuel pump fuse so that the engine can not start. Then you try to start the engine, PS fluid will begin to drain. Keep the res full b/c you don't want to suck in air. When you first get the res near bottom, inspect the fine screen and clean if require. Keep repeating the start/fill cycle until you see clear PS fluid come out. Each time you start the engine, turn the wheel a bit one way. Work it all the way to one side and then back (a little each start). This will flush the PS rack. Once you have clean fluid, reassemble and top up. Start up van and test back and forth, then you are good to go. I suggest Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. I beleive it took 2 or 3 quarts??? If you know how to do it, probably done in 15 minutes, if not done before, maybe 45 minutes.

There is a thread where you pull off the belt and turn the power steering unit by hand to control the fluid drain, I did it yesterday and it didn't take to long 30-40 minutes. I actually spent more time getting the parts.
