Was just noticing that the driver front headlight on my 2002 ford windstar has condensation inside the casing and clear on the other side , have had to replace the halogen bulb twice before so could this be the seal is not refit back in properly or do I need to replace the whole casing,.... this condensation has dimmed the lights at night while driving or early morning,...I should get this fixed before the temperature drops further so the ice doesnt start building up,....Any thoughts on this,...From my last post the total repairs totaled $1300.00 so far!!!!!

Where the bulb goes in could have not sealed very well.. But first make sure your headlight does not have a crack some where.. If everything looks good then pull the headlight out and try to snake a rag to get excess moister out and use a hair drier on low heat setting to help as well to get rid of it.. My guess is.. There may be a crack some where.. But just hope the rubber seal was not in proper placement when bulb was replaced..If there is a crack ebay may have a better deal than other parts places...
