is there a way to increase the range of the fob
unfortunately 30-45 feet is not cutting it
i live in minnesota its cold in the winter

I think some of the early 07s had a remote range problem, but if you are getting 30-40 feet, that's pretty good.
I have tried holding the remote under your chin (touching your chin) while pressing the button, it seems to get me a little better range. Don't laugh, it really does work. I think it kind of uses your body as an antenna for the transmitter, someone with real radio knowledge will be able to say for sure. All I know is it looks silly, but it works.

okay but im laughing
i had a pro start stater that worked from 1/8th a mile
even gave a beep conformations that car was started
thats what i want but w/out spending anther 300 bucks
