Gauge Problems

Hi i have a 02 Cavalier and the part of my gauges that tells me the millage has almost disapeared att the other lights on my gauges are broght but that one, i am only able to see the millage faintly if i look at it the right way i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what is wrong or how to fix it ... i have taken them out and made sure notheing was loose so now im confused

Does anyone have any ideas for me to try ???? at all ???
