air condtioner problems for a chevy impala

my air condtioner went out in my 2004 chevy impala, it does not need freon. its not blowing any air at all and same thing with the heater not blowing any air at all. can anyone tell me what may be the problem and how much it might cost to fix this?

So when you turn the fan on you get no blowing air Hot OR Cold? Could be the Blower Motor is dead, or maybe the Fan Speed resistor if it has one (Forget which year they went to the Electronic HVAC instead of the Vacuum system)
