I just bought a 1995 Saturn SL2 is excellent condition. The only problem I seem to have, is when applying pressure to the gas pedal to get her going, the pedal seems to stick. It happens every time, but once past that initial sticking, the pedal is nice a free.
Any ideas on the cause or a way to fix it?
I don't want to "jump" into someone's bumper by applying too much pressure!
Thanks!!!

Clean the throttle body. It is very common for a lot of crud to build up behind the throttle plate and cause the very symptom you are describing. Its a very cheap first step and likely needs it anyways.

+1. While your in the TB, take it off and clean the IAC passages and vacume passages on top of the TB.
Also replace your ECTS (one with the two wire connector) as im sure you have not done that yet. New ones are brass and last the lifetime of the car.
