Fading Break Pedal

I have a 1995 Windstar and i've had this problem where when i breaking the pedal almost hit the floor i have no leaks anywhere, i have replaced the master cylinder bled the system new fluid of course, new Front calipers, rear cylinders, but i can't find the problem does anyone have any insight on this issue much help is appreciated thanks.

Have you checked the adjustment of the rear brake shoes? If they aren't just about touching the brake drum the brake pedel will have a lot of travel. When you pull the parking brake does the brake handle come just about all of the way up? If it does that is another sign that the shoes need to be adjusted. This is assuming that you did get the air out of the system.

One thing that you have to be careful of when replacing the master cylinder: adjusting the slack between the pedal push-rod, the power assist cylinder, and/or the new master cylinder. A bit of extra slack ... or too little ... can cause the master cylinder to malfunction.

I am not familiar with your particular system, but this adjustment is somewhere in all braking systems that I have ever worked on.

When the master cylinder was installed, was it bench bled? I'm thinking maybe the master cylinder has air trapped in it. Just my 2 cents.
