01 with 112k i read several post on the pcs and i then changed the pcs and the tcs , the car only acted up after an hour of driving, was fine at stop sign and then when it shifted out of first into second , car would surge very bad, and shift very hard, now it is much much better , only problem now , after several hours of dirving , with a speed of 35-55 car will surge a little ,nothing like before, but still rpms will vary about 2-400 no hard shift ,etc. it only last about 15seconds, may only do one time in several days of driving!!

hey for anyone going to do this , it is really an easy job no special tools needed, i took 4x4 laid across the inside of fenders drilled a hole in middle of wood , put a 6in i bolt with chain hooked to engine, removed airfilter box ,and shift cable backet, unhooked connector on top of trans and the connector from the abs unit, took the 2 bolts out the hold the rack onto the subframe, one bolt i used a grinding tool to remove the shoulder enough to clear sway bar, removed axle, strut , and trans mount, engine top driverside mount, i then took the frame bolts out on the driverside, back off the frame bolts on the pass side , let them come down as far as possible with out coming out!! , then remove side pan, used hook to remove pcs, but you have to take 8 mm , and 2-10 mm bolts that hold pump on, only take black bolts out, not the one silver bolt out! it bolds pump together, and then remove clip that holds tccs on, guys this is a really simple job only took me 2.5 hours, i work fast but i think anyone could do this in 4hours . i reused gasket on side pan, and it took 10 qts to refill trans!, hope someone has info on my current problem and hope this helps anyone that attempts to do this job!!
