fuel pump turns, but not pumping

Hi folks,
I've found in my 96 3.0 Windstar that it won't start after everything seemed to be OK. The fuel pump was turning and I could hear it. There was some fuel presure in the rail and there was a spark at all the cylinders. The problem was, that the fuel presure is low and finaly no fuel in the rail at all. After taking out the fuel pump I could see, that even the pump seems to work no outgoing fuel at the pipe :-( Replaced a new one token from Ford Scorpio and works fine.
Maybe someone has the same problem, just check the fuel presure :-)
