'02 dryer problem- 2nd blowout

The off brand version has blown out twice now- the second time IN MY FACE as I was replacing the #1 plug and ignition wire. Luckily I heard a hiss and turned away at the last second.

My friend replaced the condenser, dryer, orifice tube, and even that hose near the radiator 9the expensive one near the radiator which name escapes me)

Has anyone seen this before?

Curious to were the blow out is... Are there in rub points.. I heard the Freestars had this problem.. I took The freestar I had in and they tight-en down the mount bracket.. He said a lot of people don't hear it clanging around and keep on driving tell there AC goes out.. Just a thought..

The blowout is the gap you see in the tube, and the bolt has sheared off.

My friend working on it thought the hood was striking it, which probably connects the dots to the Freestar. I'll have him make sure the bracket is lowered to the proper height.
