That's so close, I'm going to give it to you. It's actually one of the prototype GM Impact electric cars the company built back in the mid-1990s. Although I haven't looked into it, the production GM EV1 is probably very similar.

The EV1, thats, actually the one I was thinking of. The only thing that made me think it was an electric car was the interior. No gauges really and just an overal goofy looking interior.

This is a press photo and the vehicle changed its name between the time this picture was released and the time that the actual vehicle went on sale. The correct answer will be the name under the photo, not the name of the production car.
