02 impala needs bcm HELP

HEY, I need some help i dont have $900.00 dollars i already work 2 jobs and i'm seriuosly struggling. car started with all my check engine and low coolant lights coming on . went to tuffy they said i need a body control module and its a dealer only thing called the chevy dealer they said $900.00 with parts and labor. what can i do ? i'm already strapped and i have to get back and forth to support my family? Needs some proper testing.
Check all wiring and power feeds and grounds to it.
Some have a plugin problem on it.
Also check dealer for TSB and flshes and undates on it.
The all data online sub has a lot of info on BCM"s problems.

Agreed, I also wouldn't trust " Tuffys" diagnosis, it may pay to have a dealer diagnose this, it sounds like an unusual problem.

I had my BCM replaced 5 months ago, and it cost ~350$ Canadian With parts And Labour at my dealer. I'd like to know where they got 900 From, shouldn't be that much ANYWHERE.
