my check engine light came and its reading P0440 took car to autozone and gave that code meas EVAP EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION but i have no idea what this means could anybody give any ideas how to fix this problem thank u very much for the help

CHeck your gas cap - if it isn't on right, it will set these codes.
