2004 sable help

I'm new here and would like any input.

Ok, I have a 2004 sable ls that has been sitting in the driveway for atleast 3-4 months. I'm now trying to run the car but it dies almost immediately. It will catch a little but cough violently and then shake real bad then dies.
Computer says low oil pressure but it always said that before and ran well...

I just changed fuel filter and 3 sparks plugs(I know). More opinions would greatly be welcomed.

Did you add any new gas when you went to start it up the first time after sitting for almost 4 months?
