just wanted to let all of you know that i bought a Field S-AFC VTEC so now i can actually have control of my vtec, instead of just an rpm activated switch to kick it on. Its been running really lean with the pm6 ECU so i thought this would help.
With my tax money i ordered me some goodies that will soon be on the mod list in sig...
KYB GR-2's all round
Field S-AFC VTEC
B&M Command Flo FPR
*pending* ZC/Si Tranny & clutch kit

let me know how that turns out. i was thinking about doing the same thing. mine is running a little lean as well.
my y8 also seems to run hot. not by the gauges. but say the car has been sitting. i drive it 5 miles and pop the hood and it feels like i drove at least 20 mi. but it never runs even the slightest bit hot on the gauge.
i look forward to the update....

Ami my y8/z6 combo runs super hot too, its not so much that any of the temperatures get high, but the actual combustion chamber is what gets hotter, I dont know how to correct it, but it is making me fail CA smog on NOX emissions. If you or anyone has any hints, they would be greatly appreciated.

91civicDXdude do you have the same trouble with the engine feeling hot even though it's not running hot?

I guess you could say that have that problem, i mean the engine seems like it is running hot but the gauge doesnt say that it is.
once, my cooling fan fuse blew because i put the extra fan out of my crx HF into my car for extra cooling, well, lets just say this happened while i was racing my cousing at 95mph down the highway.
I didnt notice my temp gauge until i stopped because it is never off halfway.. it was in the red. luckily the head/head gasket didnt go to heaven.
