Turn Light Question...Please Help!

I was needing to replace my left rear turn bulb on my 2001 impala, and the cover would not pop off from a flatnosed screwdriver. Wondering how to remove the light cover to replace the bulb. Thanks, yeah i know its a pathetic question!

Hello impala,u should be able to remove from back side of lamp.seperating lense will only break seal & cause a leak.GOOD LUCK

thanks, so should i open the trunk and take that angle at it? or is it ok anywhere to start loosening the cover.

You must loosen the cover from inside the trunk! DO NOT attempt to loosen it from the outside you will crack the cover. open trunk, and unscrew the plastic nuts that look like they are there to just hold the carpet in place. and then do what you gotta do...take care
