Pulling Motor 97 Mecury Sable

I Am Getting Ready To Pull The Motor And Trans Out Of My Daughters 97 Mecury Sable And Put A Motor And Trans Out Of A Wrecked 97 Ford Taurus. Does Any One Know Is It Easier To Pull The Motor From The Top Or Drop It Out The Bottom. Is Their Any Differances Between The Two Cars. Any Help Is Always Appriciated.

As long as they are the same 3.0 engines they will fit, and I have done a couple and have pulled them through the top.
