How do you change or replace the dashboard light bulb in a 1996 Ford Windstar GL?

Where exactly is the out bulb, behind the instrument cluster? It's not hard to do, just hard to explain briefly. I recommend visiting http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=885567&page=4
You will need to enter your vehicle in the repair section and I think what you want would be in the body section.
Disconnect the battery ground before starting! Wait two minutes before starting. Nobody likes getting the airbag while working!?!
