Unknown coolant leak

Hi all, I have a 1995.5 honda passport v6 with 115,000 miles on it. I just changed out the timing belt, water pump and all that good stuff and now, I have a coolant leak that seems to be dripping from the rear of the engine, a little behind the oil drain pan. It is a constant drip when the car is on and I cant seem to see where the coolant is coming from, its so tight back there, you can barely see anything. It was not dripping before I changed out the timing belt and water pump but it was slowly but surely losing coolant over a period of time, without any visible signs of leak. I did a full flush and when I thought this car is back up and running, I was wrong. Is there anyway I can find out what is causing this leak and how I can fix it? thank you all for any info.

Look down on top of the engine, between the heads, with a flashlight to see if coolant is pooled up top. It then goes through a weep hole at the back and trickles down the back of the engine. The source is the o-rings at the ends of the external cooling pipes that sit up there. There are also freeze plugs on the back of the block under the tranny housing. Let us know...

I looked down the engine in between the intake manifold but I do not see any coolant around that area. I saw a picture of what it will look like if coolant is leaking out from that o-ring and mine looks nothing like it. However, I am not going to rule it out, just because I cant see it doesnt mean it is not leaking. I do have a question about the freeze plugs, do anyone have pictures of where those freeze plugs are so I can rule that out to make sure its not leaking from there. I do plan on taking it all apart and change those o-rings and mind as well change out all the hoses that I can get to and the valve cover gasket as I see some oil leaking out around the driver side exhaust manifold. Hopefully this is cure the problem and get this truck back in running. It sounds great after I changed out all the timing belts stuff, so I want to start driving it again. Thank you all in advance for any info in guiding me those this. thank you.

They are between the tranny and the block. I have never seen a pic. You cannot see them without dropping the tranny, hence the 9 hr labor charge to change a 25 cent plug.

Have you ever heard of the freeze plugs leaking, does it happen often on these engine? I will much rather change out all the gaskets and o-rings than drop the transmission to change out those plugs. Any way I can rule those plugs out? Thank you

Happened to my truck, but I can't say it is common. It was found by a shop after I changed the o-rings up top. I still had a leak and they pressure tested the system. There is also a water manifold at the back of the engine, and it can leak where it meets the engine.
