I need to check the body ground connection for the gas gauge sensor wiring coming out of the gas tank. Any ideas where this is located? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to follow the wire harness off the sensor and there should be a plug-in connector right close.
Unplug it and test the wire to the sensors housing

Thanks. I pulled up the rug in the trunk and took the cover plate off that is over the top of the connections to the fuel pump. I dont see any connectors downstream of where the fuel pressure and fuel gauge senders are. Should I be looking somewhere else?

with meter check for a good ground at this point if it is grounded here it should be good...if you are looking for the ground block you will have to get dirty and get under car should be next to tank...............
