Finished! Little side project that step by step stolen all my modelling time! I learn a lot, done several experiments, useful for major projects. Not perfect (lost few panel lines, thick 2k clear..) but fun. Ciao anybody and thanks a lot for the amazing support.

I say it again....great work!
It's almost a pity to put dirt on that nice paintjob and mess up the beautiful little details:-)
Grande Gio! Molto piu che un piccolo progetto!:-)

I love it Gio! The weathering really makes it look the part. I like the photos as well. They look like 70's published pics of the real thing.

It is a beauty, love all the little details, but I must agree with Jay, weathering is for tanks :D

Hi Gio,
I like it.
Dirt on a rallye-car model separates the viewer in 2 categories - some like it, some don´t. Even harder on a race car from the race track.
I´m not sure, if I´d do it, bit I think it works.
Great job on a battery-powered racer, one thing, that disturbs a little bit, is the antenna. Looking at the 1:1 photos in your WIP it appears too thick to me.

Came out in the way I expected it - clearly a great model. And you also seem to enhance your photography-techniques. Bravo!

Looking absolutely fabulous.
And i like the subtle weathering you applied.
It really shows that you've put a lot of time into this build. It's a real beauty !

Beautiful! Very clean (sort of) finish, and it's great you didn't go overboard with the weathering effects. Looks just perfect! Great build from you as to be expected.

ooking good! Love the weathering, though shouldn't there be some squashed bugs on the windshield? What is your favorite clear now Gio - is it still TS13, or have you defected? I've seen a few model planes done in 2 part urethane but it always looked a bit "surf-boardish" to me. The new stuff is probably heaps better though.

That is awesome Gio!! I love the matte finish on the black stripes that is a small detail that just sets off this build!!
I like some of your photo editing too... :evillol:

Great stuff! Not usually a fan of weathering, but this is subtle and looks good. I'm sure it's hiding a great shine, though! :grinyes:
Please o please adjust the ISO and tone down that grain! This is too good a model to have cell phone quality pics represent it. :uhoh:

Thanks a lot guys.
On the weathering issue: I agree with all: who like the dirty badass and who like the neat candy LOL , I guess I won't do it on a showroom Ferrari but what I searched is to "catch" the "spirit", soul, racecar being LOL, that live on the track and have to do with tiredness and dirty more than a showroom or museum for retired car ;), just tastes I guess :D
