body panels

Somebody dented my daughter's Saturn body panel (front fender, I think...have not seen it). The question is this: will it normally "pop out" without extensive body shop work??

Body panel are plastic and most likely is cracked. The front bumber however sometimes pop out if hit at a low speed. Cheapest thing to do if the panil is cracked is to go to a junk yard and get a new one.
