left front hub bearing

I have replaced the left front hub bearing on my 98 windstar and now it is gone again. when I did this last summer I replaced the axle, Brake rotor, brake cylinder, and the pads. When I first did this It sounded like some body was sharpening a knife. then I found that problem but it sound like it wanted to grind in a left turn:banghead:

On my 98, the passenger side wheel bearing failed twice. (~one year apart) Been good for over two years since the 2nd replacement. I did however replace a slightly bent rim, which may have contributed to the premature bearing failures.
