97 Sable Stuck in Drive

I have a 97 Sable that will not come out of drive. The key is in the ignition and the wheel is not locked. Someone suggested the Shift Lock Actuator. They also mentioned a way to bypass it but didn't tell me how if anyone knows please let me know.I also need to know where to find the SLA.
