Sweaking Noise Mercury Sable 2002

Recently my 2002 Mercury Sable has been sweaking/squealing. I thought it was the fan belt so I replaced that and the noise has gotten a bit better but its still there. It seems the noise is coming from the oppisite end of the motor from the water pump. I cant figure out what it would be. Any idea? Or places I can look?
