Any of you have this problem? My strut bar doesnt give enough clearance for my B&M fuel regulator and bends the tube and once cracked it creating a vacuum leak. http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/skatemesa1/images/fpr.jpg

I was wondering, is it even possible to put a strut bar on a DPFI car, cause the shit seems like the bar wouldnt clear it unless it went back around it and not straight across.

maybe get a longer bolt and put some washers in there and make the strut bar a lil higher......

yes it is possible... even the generic autozone strut bars will work but it will place a lot of pressure on the top of the intake (the dpi "black box"). It is not recommened unless you get one especially made for the DX, but it will work.

Yeah it will work. I had my neuspeed strutbar even before I had my swap...clears pretty good on a D15b2...Thats a pretty good suggestion from MyFirst4G, or you can get a different strut bar...or move the fpr somewhere else.

Yes it is.... I just bought 1.... they make a bar just 4 the DPFI.
It's shaped more like a boomerang.

I haven't put it on yet....
I got it from Massive Motorsports (http://www.massivemotorsports.com) & it's an OBX.
If u order one make sure u tell them it's the Boomerang type....
