b16a1 in 88' dx?

how bout that? would a b16a1 fit in my 88 dx? its standard would the tranny work too? how about the harness and ecu?

U have to convert from dpfi into mpfi first. No ur tranny will not work on a b series motor. D goes with d and b goes with b.

so ok b16a1, tranny, ecu, cables for 1350 at nippon motors ... is that all id need or what? list everything id need to put er in my baby, and hey do you know where they sell a kit or where i can get a better price?

Just check out that site i sent u . It should tell u everything u need.:)

www.hmotorsonline.com has the best full swap price for 1st gen B16...$1150 i think. don't forget to get the injector resistor box from a 4G mpfi Civic/2G mpfi CRX (among other things of course ;) )
