Engine swap help

I have a 1990 CRX std. I have swapped the d15B2 motor in it with a d16Y7 from a 97 civc. I don't need high performance right now, so I used the intake manifold, distibutor, wiring haness, tranny, and ECU from my old engine. Everything bolted up and engine went in with no problem. I aligned the motor and distributor up to TDC before attempting to crank it. The question I have here is.. Is there anything I need to do special or not to get this motor going? Any info would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

The y7 ecu won't work unless he converts to mpfi. He said he is running the intake manifold and fuel injection of the d15 which is dpfi.

I would be carefull about setting vtec to turn on. You dont want to lean out with the dpfi setup.
