Its very simple
1. Disconnect the wiring connectors
2. Disconnect spark plug wires
3. Remove 3 hold down bolts - 10mm i think
4. Always replace the o-ring if removing or replacing distrib.
5. Slide distrib in - it can onlt be seated properly 1 way
6. Reverse the process but do not over tighten distrib. bolts
7. Set timing & then tighten hold down bolts to 16 lb ft which isnt much
8. There is way to remove distrib with out having to set the timing - scribe a mark across the distrib & the head. This does not apply to replacment

you really should have a timing light to do it right. you mount the dizzy. before you tighten it down all the way you move it forward or backwards (to advance or retard timing) to adjust timing then tighten it back down.
why haven't you DL the helm's yet? then you'll never loose it. it's for the CRX but still works for stuff like the dizzy. http://www.quickhonda.net/index2.htm. in the links on the left click "garage" then "service manual". you can DL the whole thing at once or in 2 parts. go do it. go do it NOW! okay, why are you still sitting here? click the link already! :flipa:
