finished:TA22 celica, old skool babeeeee!

this is my Hasegawa ta22 1970 celica, i just finished it, its painted in tamiya black, wheels are Fujimi 16's from a touge 180SX, mods include a rota-flo exhaust(popular rotary exhaust in Australia),roll cage, race seats, boost controller, Nissan R89C Group C brakes(front+rear) JZA80 supra differential, you probably noticed that a few things are missing, the panel between the tail lights, side indicators and mirrors, the mirrors and panel are drying still, and i just forgot about the indicators, but ill put them on once ive finished typing this.anyway, comments and critisism welcome, tell me what u think!

i was just clicking around AF, looking at other old skool celicas, when i came across one by "wheelin75R"...with the same wheels on it!!!i guess im not the only one who thinks they look hot on it, altohugh his is substantially nicer than mine.and this is the W.I.P if your interested.

The car looks great, be sure to get the final bits and pieces on and post some pics, itll be killer.

Nice build! My only critisism is it sits a little high. Overall a great look though, that exhaust looks spot on with the current trend I see on a lot of rx3's and rx4's.

wow, thats one niiiice celica, i love the colour. yeh your right, it does sit a lil bit high, altohugh im happy with where its sitting, the wheels are touching the guards as it is, i think it may be due to the brakes.

i did repaint it after "Drunken_monkey" informed me about the paint problems, i gave it a prper base coat underneath etc: but im glad you like it, and thanks for the comments everyone, almost as many civics?? how many do you have?im scared to think :rolleyes:
