Electrical Problem??

Last night...me and my husband were driving, and his lights flickered. So we went into the store, and when we went to go leave, they wouldn't come one. No headlights, no Dash, and this morning he found out that his alarm comes on, but it doesnt' lock the doors. Is this just a blown fuse??? Or is this a serious electrical problem????

that happened to me before and it was a fuse. check both fuse boxes, the one inside by the steering wheel AND the one under the hood. Also check the battery terminal connection, if it is loose, that will do it, too.
