Welcome to AF.
It can be done but may be an exercise in futility not to mention the cost. One of the best Eaton M90 Gen3 supercharger mods for the na SII 3800 considering cost and overall labor is the ZZP L36 SS M90 kit which includes a reprogrammed PCM module, etc. Also, you will need the blower and modified lim along with the fuel rails. See link below for details.

Also, keep in mind the compression ratio is different between the L36 and L67 engines. L67 is lower due to the supercharger and boost pressure. Different pistons. Plus the fuel injectors are mounted in the cylinder heads for the L67 whereas at the lower intake manifold for the L36. Additionally you will need the complete L67 supercharger drive belt system to include tensioner and idler pulleys. The ZZP SS M90 kit works around this.
